Dutch Scuba resurfaces from our early brewing days, now ready to take the plunge as release number five.For this one, we kept the hop bill simple but pushed the amounts to ridiculous levels. Just two hops, Citra and Nelson Sauvin, thrown in with absolutely no restraint. Citra crashes in with an explosion of citrus and tropical fruit, while Nelson Sauvin follows with huge waves of white grape, gooseberry and that unmistakable vinous character.Taps open. Dive in.
